NEVER 4 star hotel , but maybe 3 stars hotel, the staff are very RUD , they speak in their language in the front of customers . The elevator only has room for 2 people . NEVER again here .

Clean, that is important. I did not use SPA , there is a parking place not too big inside.
Breakfast was normal, not unforgiveble. Caffè paid on plus. People friendly, i Forgot a toothbrush and they bought it.
The hotel is in the centre. Easy to arrive from Luna bus station, 1.2 km

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was cozy, clean, and quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The bed was very comfortable and I woke up feeling rested. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience feel welcoming. It was the perfect spot to relax after exploring the city.
