Zambezi Mubala Camp is situated on the banks of the Zambezi River with breathtaking views of the river landscape, and accommodation is offered in 8 structured tents that open onto a patio. It is idyllically situated on the water's edge in a grove of shady trees; ideal for those who love the outdoors as much as their creature comforts. The camp is located 31 km east of Katima Mulilo, off the B8 highway. Each tent is furnished with 4 single beds with mosquito nets, and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The kitchenette is equipped for basic self-catering with a sink, a fridge, and a kettle, pots as well as crockery. Braai facilities are also available at each tent. Guests can pick up a braai pack, or have a bite to eat at the camp's restaurant. The camp offers a bar and a swimming pool for guests to enjoy, as well as 24-hour security. Firewood can be purchased at reception and power points are available. The camp is a paradise for both nature and fishing enthusiasts, and a must for bird lovers. Activities such as sundowner river cruises, guided fishing trips, fishing excursions, and guided walks to the bird colonies can be booked at an additional charge.
