Marufukuro is a luxury hotel that combines the former headquarters of Nintendo with a new wing designed and supervised by Tadao Ando. Nintendo started to make history from 1889. Three existing buildings, which used to be the company's former headquarters, have been transformed into a hotel with the addition of a new wing designed by world-renowned architect Tadao Ando. Marufukuro Kyoto offers free bicycle rental, a fitness center, 24-hour reception, lounge, and free WiFi. We also have 24-hour lounges and a former Nintendo dNa Library with a whiskey Bar, a special space open only to hotel guests where you can get in touch with Nintendo's history and origins.
