Petra is a picturesque coastal village situated in the centre of a small plain and built around a rock. It is an extremely beautiful settlement with traditional houses and small paved streets. The area is full of quaint little fishing taverns and small coffee shops and traditional houses. The holiday village is approximately 1 kilometer from the town centre, where guests will find numerous restaurants, bars and shops. The beach 'Avlaki beach' is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel and the bus station is around 200 m away. Kalloni is roughly 16 km from the beach hotel and Mytilene International Airport is approximately 65 km away. The hotel was designed in a Neoclassical architectural style and is set like an amphitheatre in a large 14, 000 square meters garden, with wonderful views of the Aegean Sea and the traditional village of Petra and Molyvos. It has been fully renovated in 2008 and upgraded. The friendly and well skilled staff always welcome guests with a great smile and are ready to offer the best service. Facilities available to guests in the 50-room beach hotel include a lobby with 16-hour reception, a hotel safe, TV lounge and a café, bar, restaurant and Tavern by the pool. Guests may also make use of the WLAN Internet access and car park. The recently refurbished rooms are designed in bright and clean colours and have a luxurious feel.
