The project reflects a strong architectural sensibility inspired by the use of natural light. In a destination like Gran Canaria, light must always be the protagonist, which is why the use of translucent materials throughout the building has been firmly committed to. TOCTOC Olof Palme will offer 39 spacious holiday homes of between 50 m2 and 80 m2 distributed between 9 one-bedroom, 18 two-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom duplex units. Ideal for couples, families or groups of friends who wish to enjoy the proximity to Las Canteras beach and the cultural and gastronomic offer that the city of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria has to offer.
