Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide, opened 1920, is a 3 star, very well-located city hotel across the road from the Adelaide Convention Centre. Located within easy walking distance of Universities, Hospital, Adelaide Oval, Adelaide Festival Centre, SkyCity Adelaide Casino and Rundle Mall shopping district. The hotel is blessed by being surrounded by pubs and Adelaide's famed dining options. Public transport is readily available with train station and tram to Glenelg/Entertainment Centre or Botanic Gardens is our front door. Offering a wide range of rooms & suites makes this the ideal choice for business, meeting & leisure travellers. Facilities include 24 hr reception with onsite paid parking available. Balcony rooms overlooking North Terrace available in some Executive Rooms or Suites. The Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide is currently replacing carpets, curtains and mattresses as well as replacing the TVs with Smart TVs in all rooms. Rooms are being repainted as demand allows. We have completed repainting the corridors, upgraded lighting and are replacing corridor carpets. These actions are scheduled to be completed by 30 June 2026 and are not expected to impact the guest experience. Replacement guest lifts are ordered and should be installed in the second half of the year, dates to be advised.
