Built for King Alfonso XIII in 1922, the venue that houses the hotel has been carefully renovated in order to preserve many of its original features, while turning it into a comfortable and contemporary establishment. It is set in the Las Mestas area of the Hurdes region and its surroundings offer unspoiled nature, with a year-round pleasant climate and plenty of natural beauties. Guests can admire the natural spectacles of meanders, waterfalls, rivers with crystal-clear waters and pools, as well as typical villages. When the weather is right, those who are simply looking to relax can enjoy a swim in the outdoor pool and some tanning on the loungers around it.
