The former Ritz ice cream factory has been lovingly converted into a colorful and history-filled boutique hotel. The Ritz Residence is a brand new 4* apartment complex that crowns this beautiful development. Wonderfully quiet and situated high on a hill with a view over Pietermaai and Punda, you can enjoy a fantastic location. With an Urban Beach at your feet, The Ritz Village with all its facilities on your doorstep and the downtown area a 5 minute walk away. It is truly a top location! All apartments have one bedroom, full kitchen washer-dryer and a lovely south-facing terrace. Of course with air conditioning, free WiFi everywhere, daily housekeeping and… adult only for a wonderfully quiet holiday. The layout of all apartments is the same, but ... the Penthouses have a sea view!
