Solterra Homes are contemporary 5- and 6-bedroom villas in an exclusive gated resort, around 9 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. Sleeping up to 10 or 12 guests, each home includes Wi-Fi, a complimentary welcome pack on arrival, a private screened pool with patio deck and covered lanai, plus an in-villa games room or spa guaranteed—ideal for relaxing between park days. Resort amenities centre on the clubhouse with an on-site restaurant and fitness centre, alongside a community pool with cabanas, tennis, beach volleyball, sports fields, a kids’ “Tot Lot” and walking trails. Pool heating is available at extra cost (recommended Oct–Apr). Guests must register for a parking permit on arrival, and an optional resort fee applies only if you want access to communal amenities (including water park/lazy river/slides, tennis and gym).
