Solterra Town Homes offer contemporary 5-bedroom accommodation (sleeping up to 10) within the exclusive, gated Solterra Resort, around 9 miles from Walt Disney World Resort. Each home is fully furnished and well equipped for a relaxed Florida stay, with Wi-Fi, a complimentary welcome pack on arrival, and a private splash pool with patio deck and covered lanai—ideal for sunshine, downtime and easy al fresco dining. Inside, guests have a comfortable lounge plus TVs with cable in the main living area and master bedroom, with towels and bed linens provided alongside practical essentials including in-home laundry, an iron/ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. The resort delivers excellent shared amenities centred around a striking clubhouse with a fitness centre and on-site restaurant. Guests can also enjoy a resort-style community pool with cabanas, tennis courts, beach volleyball, a play field, a dedicated “Tot Lot” for younger children, and scenic walking trails throughout the community. Homes include a modern, fully fitted kitchen with standard appliances and cookware for self-catering, while supermarkets, shopping and dining are close by thanks to easy access to Highway 192 and Interstate 4, plus nearby golf courses and Posner Park Shopping Center. Pool heating can be added at extra cost (recommended October–April). All guests must register for a resort parking permit on arrival at Vesta Desk Services in the clubhouse; vehicles without a permit may be towed. An optional resort fee applies only if guests want access to communal amenities (including the water park, lazy river and slides, tennis, green areas and the gym): $39. 20 for 1–12 guests or $50. 40 for 13+ (per property, per stay, tax included). Florida State Law also requires online registration and a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) to complete check-in and download the accommodation voucher approximately 5 days before arrival.
