“Not accepting digital ID”

I forgot my physical ID at home which one hour away from Andalus, so I represented my digital ID, the receptionist (Anas) didn't accept it. Then he asked the security to asked everyone's id in the room which is kinda aggressive and incovinient to the guests. Never again will book here!
