Located directly opposite Nakheel Mall with 300 meters of beachfront, the hotel offers 216 rooms, including 34 suites, most with sea views, and 116 serviced residences. Accommodation options include fully furnished studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The hotel also boasts 590 square meters of event space, including four studios and indoor/outdoor meeting areas. Five dining venues await: The Locale, The Andaz Lounge, Hanami (a 15th-floor Japanese restaurant), Knox (a speakeasy bar), and La Coco (a beachside restaurant and bar). In-room dining is available 24 hours a day.
