I can’t believe this is a 4 star hotel this hotel need some inspections from the tourism industry 1. Staff Reception they didn’t has any kind of qualifications or customer service 2. They taking security deposit for any damages and this is not professional at all i stayed before in alot of hotel and never happened…

“Winter Vacation”

All was very good. Supermarkets and laundry nearby. Marina is close, around 30 mins walking as you have to cross the overpass. Metro. I would recommend coming in winter time.

Beware of your belongings in this hotel - I left a shirt hanging up in the wardrobe when I left and I informed the hotel a few hours later when I realised. Eventually a week later when I chased them again, the hotel said they couldn't find it. Totally unacceptable and I won't be staying here again.

When I checked in, the room was clearly not cleaned: stained bedsheets, dirty carpet and curtains that hadn’t been washed in ages, no bath towels, no slippers, no toothbrush/toothpaste.
