After the hype our travel agent gave us about this hotel it was not to be. The check in person was not helpful. Lovely staff very helpful and kind. The Souk waqif is a safe and relatively quiet area with many of these boutique hotels to choose from, all connected and providing different options. Tge staff will go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay.

This hotel did not disappoint! Outstanding location in the Souk Waqif it is an immersive cultural experience! The staff were on point with everything. Helpful, kind and genuine. Good value for money. I had lowered my expectations based on the price but wow! Stayed for 3 days. Would highly recommend.
