The hotel is very well located for most business purposes, I had a pleasant stay and staff were all very helpful. Quite a few dining options around the hotel within walking distance.

BW+ Mahboula is a best hotel. It has gym, pool and fantastic breakfast. Clean room and wonderful view over looking the ocean and Kuwait magic mall. Not a bad hotel at all, the heated pool was a nice way to end the day. Jaidulisla the cleaner for Mumbai was friendly and attentive to my cleaning needs. The rooms were spacious and everything was quick and easy to check-in. Nice place in the south of Kuwait City.

I had to complain 3 times that the internet does not work until someone came and fixed the router in the room. There was no hot water in the evening - after complaining and 2-3 hours water got somehow warm but it was hot next morning.
the advertised 24/7 room service is not available - I had to start work at 4:30am…
