If you are looking for a place that is unclean, unsafe, unprofessional and would really like to have a bad experience while you are in Bur Dubai area, this is the perfect place to stay at. It is near to metro station... Have a lot of markets and restaurants around the hotel... But the furniture is old... The water bottle just for the first night... the bed in not so comfortable... Bathroom is okay... Still is good for some people...
