Bare bones accommodation with heavy up-charges for parking and breakfast. No maid/towel service (provided every 4th day). Difficult check in process. Industrial area. Unfriendly staff. Noisy.

The air condition didn't work, the fridge didn't work.
The hotel was uncomfortably warm!
There is construction going on in the hotel.
It is mainly a self serve hotel, with only one person on a tiny desk helping if there is a problem.
It is not near the airport but a 35 Euro cab ride away.

The room was large, clean, modern and the beds very comfortable.
