“There is absolutely no service to be had here.”

Worst hotel experience ever. Stayed here when it was under Fraser management and completely satisfied. China Merchants took it over and turned it into a hostel. I asked to speak to a manager about my issues and was actually refused. Shame on the management for running such a terrible operation.

Location is very good to Visit Sea World and other attractions. Big shopping malls about 10-20min away. For shorter stay i should chose hotel nearby to lower price and newer standard then Fraser. There are good hotels around.
