Golf lovers have easy access to the Dubai Creek Golf course and Nad Al Sheba Golf courses where you can also enjoy traditional camel and horse races, including the Dubai World Cup. The Dubai Marine Resort & Spa has tennis courts, a spa and a gym offering aerobic classes. There are 12 themed food and beverage options in total. Guests can enjoy a wide variety of cuisines including Arabian, Lebanese and Turkish. A mandatory security deposit of 500 dirhams is required upon check-in, and it will be refunded exclusively in cash at check-out.

I guess it would have been a good hotel in the past. Great location, but frankly rather run down.
Nice to be on the beachfront, to be able to swim in the "soup like" water.
