Great stay. Was short just 1.5 days. Came for work. Hotel location is perfect and breakfast is decent. The check in was wonderful,’the team are great and was upgraded for my gold level status. Shout out to Joyce and Gurash ( not sure how to pronounce) but he checked me in and was great.

Excellent hotel, staff and facilities. We are regular guests at this hotel. Stayed foe NY last time and it never disappoints. Reception, Health Club and Swimming pool area staff as well as at the restaurant are great and it is pleasure to see them always. Generous amenities for NY eve were delightful.

Nice hotel in a perfect location in Kuwait City. You can have a walk around the area which is amazing. Breakfast is nice and the lady in the restaurant makes the best omelette :).
Staff are helpful and friendly. I believe they need to promote more their in hotel services.
