The employees communicate however they want. They don't care about you. This is the worst service I've ever encountered.
Excellent facilities, you get what you pay for, over all the staff are very helpful and accommodating to your needs, as politeness can carry you further than what you deserve, give generously and they will look after you.
Avoid this place at all costs! Booking made and confirmed in February for a trip in April. Had communication with Globalstay prior to arrival and all seemed ok. The premises is not as advertised, it is not well maintained with evidence of broken tiles, exposed electrical conduit and stained and broken pool furniture.
