We broke up or trip home with a layover in Dubai and picked the Grand Hyatt so the kids could also use the water park. The hotel was fantastic, the staff in the Market Café (where we had the breakfast and dinner buffet) were very helpful and great with the kids.

We just had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Dubai and I have to give credit where it’s due. The kids barely wanted to leave the waterpark and the outdoor pool, which for any parent is the real measure of a good hotel. Our room was beautifully decorated and the amenities were excellent.

100% not a 5 star hotel in dubai.
Waterpark staff poorly trained & very unfriendly.
Dinner you have 2h time to ear like in a jail, 6-8pm after than you paid whilst you already paid for the dinner with the booking, very very poor service from a so called 5 star hotel.
