The management here took a small disconcerting incident with housekeeping and turned it into a series of emails with non-“apologies” and gaslighting. Exceptional stay at this property! The hotel is in a perfect location, the staff is exceptional in their service, property is clean and very quiet. Walking distance to so many great locations and the hotel is quiet at night. Our stay exceeded our expectations!
