We stayed 3 days in this hotel and out room was never cleaned, bath towels never changed( we had two towels for two persons). Great location to discover Cairo and Giza. Everything needed is around and after an exhausting sightseeing tour I can recommend to relax in the Spa. Excellent service, everybody very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

“Staff are not polite”

Essam Fawzy who working in the reception has no professionalism at all to deal with the customer. However, I hope the hotel provide him a training about the soft communication skills which may help him to work in the proper way.
