Today we had some difficulties because our flight was cancelled and we needed to leave New York. A lady working at front desk called Lina helped us a ton. stayed here for a wedding block. room much smaller than appears in photos. rooms were not clean, especially the bathroom. there wa still pubic hair in the shower, and the bathroom room was broken.

Whereas the hotel and room were beautiful and the staff very friendly and helpful. I noticed on our final charge days after that I was charged for a mini-bar item in-which our 3 guests DID NOT consume during our stay. This was not rectified.
