Sulith was very helpful and it was my birthday
I hope the hotel will allow outside food delivery in the future. I also hope they will remove the room delivery fee when ordering food from the hotel’s own restaurants. Finally, I hope that when guests report noisy neighbors, the hotel staff will respond promptly and resolve the issue.
It was excellent service from everyone, but I'd like to thank sulith in reception for the warm welcome and quick service that didn't make us wait too long.
