Each residence features a state-of-the-art kitchen and a spacious terrace with stunning views of Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, the marina, the Dubai skyline, or the Arabian Gulf. Residents can enjoy a 360-degree lifestyle with access to an interconnected pool lined with private cabanas, well-equipped fitness facilities, direct beachfront access, and seamless parking and valet services. They also have access to all the amenities of the Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab resort, including three pools, a gym, Family Club and three floors dedicated to the spa (one exclusively for women). Residence guests have access to 11 restaurants and four bars across the resort offering a delightful array of cuisine.
