A very unpleasant experience. We booked two rooms for my family and didn’t end up being next to each other.
The hotel wouldn’t try anything.
The rooms smells of cigarettes and we complained about the unpleasant and loud noise from the room next door at midnight 4am and 5am…

Only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the walls between the rooms are thin and you can hear the neighbors clearly. Also if you’re window is facing the highway you get noise. There’s also an issue with cigarette smoke smells but that’s common everywhere in Riyadh.

My stay at this hotel from February 4th to 8th was utterly disappointing. Despite explicitly requesting a smoking-free room, I was given a smoking room upon arrival. To make matters worse, they attempted to mask the foul odor with a cheap jasmine air freshener, which only made me nause…
