We found all the staff very polite & courteous especially Ms. Nay and the gentleman at the reception were very helpful. So were Ms. Yoko & Ms. Aum. The hotel was good and the staffs are really friendly and helpful. Especially Paul, took initiative and coz of him, we were able to explore the cruise without any problem. Did everyrhing for us and we enjoyed alot. Kudos to Paul
