“The furniture was old and consumed”

The room is big but the furniture was old and consumed and the bathroom door was broken and I called the reception and a worker was sent for repair. Unfortunately, the buffet is limited in options, but the chef is helpful and brings everything we ask for.

Great hotel for stay among 3 star hotels with good facilities and good location.they offer great breakfast with wonderful service and friendly team.my next visit will be with them and great location for friends and families.

This is a three star hotel at best trying very hard to be more than what it is. The reception and staff were wonderful and they get five stars, but the amenities and clear lack of maintenance is really letting this hotel down. I would not call this a 4-star hotel by international standards, but it suited me, as I wanted to be in Hawally. I had a large quiet room with large comfortable bed, and adequate curtains to keep out the heat and light.
