“Really disappointing -- dance club downstairs open all night”

I was really disappointed on many levels. To start, the dance club downstairs closes at nearly 4am (supposed to be 2:45am) and you can hear the music regardless of what floor you're on. Not every hotel in Dubai is like this! If you want a good night's sleep, this isn't the place for you. Also, lots of little things…
If you we're looking for a place near downtown dubai, you should avoid checking in to this hotel. So far this hotel wasn't able to spare us a comfortable night. From 10pm until 3am there were loud music and not just that we can even hear chairs and tables moving, emcee's talking and we can imagine they were partying…

Bad Custsomer service! I had a terrible experience with how the security approached me. Even the front desks trying to educate me that as if i haven’t been in a hotel before.
I would not really recommend this place to stay.

Was booked to stay in Lotus for a week, however stayed only one day - completely overrated, noisy and "tired" hotel. I think they are giving big discounts to attract people as well as running a noisy club which starts about midnight. Problems with toilet seat, washing area, not clean,...etc. WiFi/Internet very poor.

Stayed here for 4 nights and on the whole felt it was poor value for money. The average night cost came to about 70 pounds per night (inclusive of all taxes etc). There were good and bad points.
