Hotel was really bad they charge us to pay for light damage 100 Aed when we checked out from the hotel without doing anything

The Indian lady at the front desk had a very poor attitude, and her service was both unprofessional and lacking in competence. Moreover, she displayed clear signs of nationality-based discrimination. The hotel was also extremely unclean; there was a strong smell of smoke as soon as you entered the room.
