I go to this place for my daily Moroccan tea with friends after wirk. They have excellent service and prices. Staff is professional and atmosphere is friendly and comfy. The lobby is clean, comfortable sofas and TVs are in every corner if you're into sports.

The rooms are in bad conditions. The appartment I stayed in, has about 50% of light fixtures not working. Toilet water (sewage) is leaking to the floor. Water from the sink drain is leaking to the floor
Laundry service is loosing items on a regular basis.
Furniture is old and used up.

Very nice and clean apartments. New furniture and good location. I got two bedrooms. The apartment is equipped with fridge, microwave, and water heater for tea and coffee. The hotel also offered free breakfast.

Rabigh is a small industrial town, therefore the expectation level is low.
