I do not understand how Mercure can allow this hotel to be part of their chain. I specifically chose a Mercure in order to benefit from international standards. The service at reception was terrible. “Never back here”

Building work in progress, too much noise, internet not working, staff not responding to requests, I cut my stay short and moved to another hotel. Always late for whatever request then they are sorry, Don't hope to be treated as a returning customer, you are not even on their records I will never return to this hotel
