I stayed here as part of a tour group. I loved this hotel. After a long drive, coming here was great. The biggest room and bathroom, extremely comfortable, Excellent buffet dinner and breakfast. This is the place to stay if you come to Hail.

The reception was very warm even though crowded. By name Mr. Ghulam at reception was very helpful gave us the right inputs and service was outclass.
The rooms, swimming pool, jaccuzi, sauna, gym, park all were very good.
