THE WORST EVER!!! A RUDE RECEPTIONIST! SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY IF I WERE THE OWNER. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO INITIATIVE OF HELPING THE GUEST. EVEN IF U HAVE A CONFIRM BOOKING BY EXPEDIA STILL WONT ACKNOWLEDGE OR DO ANY SOLUTIONS TO IT. THEIR HOTEL IS STILL BOOKABLE TO ALL EXPEDIA SITES. THERES NO WAY FOR THIS…
