I visited Riyadh in Feb. While the hotel was dated, it was a great location and the staff was unfailingly helpful. The front desk staff took extra steps to accommodate our needs. Excellent customer service!!!!!

I have experienced 5* service. From guest experience to catering to our every need we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel. Staff are super friendly, kind caring and go the extra mile for the guest. Would highly recommend this hotel.
