Excellent service from Vijay! We were able to sit at a table and our order was taken there. Our cold drinks arrived very quickly, and Vijay also kept us informed about how long our pizzas would take.

While the housekeepers did a great job keeping our room clean and some of the staff were genuinely nice, my stay at NH Collection Dubai The Palm was very disappointing overall.
