“Nice interior lack of customer service.”

Hotel interior is very nice, location is fine if you don't mind walking 20/30 minutes to the main bit of Hamburg other wise its a 16Euro taxi ride. Staff always on the reception same can't be said for the bar and restaurant, one lady on one of the days was doing the restaurant and bar by her self making it very sl…
