We booked July 24–31 and called ahead on July 22 to confirm an 8 AM arrival on July 25. When we arrived, they had cancelled our reservation as a "no-show" because their agent typed "7/5" instead of "7/25" in the notes.
Even after admitting their mistake, management refused to fix it immediately, leaving us stranded…
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was far below what I expect from a hotel at this price point.
