“Better Options for the Price”

A tired hotel that needs upgrading to reflect the high room rates. Outdated room furniture needs renewing, carpets cleaned and in many areas need replacing. Room doors chipped and in many areas 'dirty'. Elevator floor tiles cracked. Very disappointing.

This is a cruise hotel - it is busy, full of luggage in the lobby and has a cold conference feel about it. The location is good near the harbour but I wouldn’t recommend it at all!
