Noise from adjoining rooms is AWFUL and you can hear everything! The hotel owners need to address this issue! Staff are very good and helpful but noise from other guests on their phones or copulating or chatting into the night and early morning is very annoying. Lovely hotel, modern, clean and very quiet. Staff are amazing and very friendly. No bottled water in the room but can be bought for 15 baht at reception. Room was cleaned everyday. All rooms are non smoking. And the best part…. It’s a very short walk from terminal 21. Loved our stay would definitely return.
