Very poor management. Even if we raised a complaint, manager will take it very silly. Customers complaints are just a jock for them. They are not looking for a standard customers. This hotel is good for 3rd rate things. Don't book it. Ultimate worst hotel.

There is no water in the room. After being paid online, they don't allow guests to pay online for the second day, when my friend called the man in the reception to pay online, he was really very rude & didn't allow my friend to pay online. So that I pay cash . No free breakfast as well

THE WORST HOTEL I have ever been, I booked this hotel for my parents for one week and when we came to check it, it was horrible untidy and smelly extremely uncomfortable and the room is so small..my parents couldn’t stay for one minute there. When we asked for a refund the staff said it was non-refundable. SO DISAPP…
