The kids' club policy and staff at the club need to be reviewed, as the children were being provocatively suppressed and showed no approach or cooperation, unlike the rest of the resort staff.

excellent. clean. good breakfast. excellent facilities. need to post how to change AC temperatures in the rooms. had to call the maintenance team to explain. there were some issues with the control.
