It was a great service with amazing manager and Osama.
Resort has beech access, but not well developed. We stayed at their 2 bedroom apartment, that had 1 king bed room and 1 room with 2 twin bed for kids / adults. Except for missing hair dryer in toilet, and not so good cooking of room service dining, the over all experience was good.
Thank you for your warm hospitality and excellent service. I truly enjoyed my stay and look forward to visiting again
Staff was great especially Syamsul Laxmi. Went above and beyond to make sure room was stocked and all taken care of
