“Rude Managers...Ruined all my suits”

So, I give them two suits to Iron...they get back to me completely ruined. When I files a complain, the Egyptian manager "Mahmoud" gave me the rudest attitude. “they don't allow any guest to visit you in your suite”

The hotel is nice and clean, unfortunately they don't allow any guest to visit you in your suite . The guy in the reception didn't allow my kids to visit me for 30 minute to have some coffee. He said, you can see them in the lobby or outside.

Its lovely,neat and new place . Having breakfast, room service cleaning, the Rooms are big and services are good , wifi is excellent Having all size for large group or family But the price it a little high for a hotel apartment comparing to others
