1. The hotel entrance has been moved without prior notice; I had to drive around in my cab, costing me an extra $6 for the turnaround.
2. The route to my room in the hotel building via Holiday Inn can confuse even the smartest person; there are many diversions and transfers to other elevators for breakfast.
