10minutes after check in we CHECK OUT! Al Rigga branch, very shocked on the over all view of the hotel, the lobby is dark and not presentable, the hallway going to the room is dark because of light sensor, the room, its the ugliest, dirtiest, oldest, scarriest room that we have visited! This hotel is full of cockroaches, the lobby, the hallways, and the rooms are full of cockroaches. If you value yourself, do not choose this hotel at all. The hotel staff does not accept responsibility at all and it seems like it is normal for them... Awful, awful, awful.

The worst hotel I have ever been, avoid this! Rude staff, awful management and terrible service. I checked out 30 minutes late and they charged me $200 extra!!!! The rooms very not clean, and hot water was not working either! Breakfast was Ok.
