“great service with poor policies and services like the bar and 24 room service”

Langham needs to revise this issues, you can not close the bar at 10.30, and there is not a room services 24 hours, this is not service sorry at Langham.

Overall, just not worth it. When we checked in the staff did not recognize that we had reserved club lounge access room so whenever we tried to enter into the lounge, the key didn’twork and we had to go back and pointed out to them. “Very disappointed”

Elevators down for the second stay I have had at this property, hot water wasn't working and it took 4 calls to front desk and missing our dinner reservations to resolve. New room was dusty, no room service the next day, not a great experience, really expected more.
