It was a pleasant and comfortable stay.The front desk staff (Misheryl)was incredibly welcoming, and check-in was a breeze. They quickly accommodated and provided our requests.
We came to this hotel yesterday with my old parents, after i did booking of room with receptionist she did not tell us the details that there is no swimming pool and also we will not be getting any breakfast buffet including. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, everything was clean, comfortable, and well managed. The staff were very friendly and professional, especially Misheryli who was extremely helpful and kind throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free experience.
The hotel is terrible and the staff person named AHMED at the reception is the worst person i ever met . He has zero cooperation with the guest and the way of talking is completely racist . . I suggest not to visit this place , its better to visit any other property and nearby to hotel there are 7-8 big dustbins wh…
